This Etsy shop, tattoo socks, makes ultra cool and hip knee highs, thigh highs and full length tights with decals that look like tattoos against the leg. Patterned tights are a a huge hit with the hipster girls in my neighborhood in San Francisco, the Haight Ashbury.
